The beginning..

Its 3:00pm in Kaiserslautern, Germany and I am sitting on my comfortable couch, staring at the rich green trees outside the window, and with so many random thoughts in my mind..I try to divert my mind, and start surfing internet..I read a couple of blogs and suddenly fancy having one of my own..I messaged my husband, that I just have an idea of starting my blog and it seems exciting to me, but I don't know if I would be able to retain this fancy of mine and be a serious blogger..he tells me to give it a shot, and here I am...writing my first blog!!

Well, I am 25 years old and currently living in Germany with my husband..I got married last year in July to a very dear friend, who was also a classmate since kindergarten..I then moved to Kaiserslautern, Germany in November 2011, with him (he's doing his Phd in Mathematics and has been living in Germany since 2008)..

We live in a small city in south-west Germany and I simply love this place...quiet, serene and located on the edge of Palatinate forest..I am currently on a dependent visa and am not allowed to study or work in this country until Nov 2013, whew!!..I have studied Economics at the prestigious London School Economics, and it gets very frustrating to sit at home and not be able to take up any job, just because of these visa norms..

So, the entire day I just try to keep my self constructively busy, trying out different activities (I have learnt cooking, riding a bike, started doing yoga since I came here :-)) ...today, keeping up to my I-need-to-keep-myself-constructively-busy streak, I decided to start blogging..

In the last few months, since I got married, I have experienced so many new things and travelled a lot, and now I wish to share my experiences through my blog..
